Come bid farewell to Summer

The Community Connection sponsored a two day Farewell to Summer (today and tomorrow). DJ Pete once again kept us entertained. Some community members just came by to enjoy the music, others played games. Many enjoyed the fact that the rains held off and they could enjoy a beautiful beach day. The coals were hot on the grill so those who wished to bring their own grilling foods could use the BBQ.

Why not come down tomorrow (Sunday, Sept. 1). DJ Pete will be back 12pm to 4pm.

 

Saturday nights in the Community Room

 Looking for something to do on  Saturday nights? Why not come down to the Community Room (in the basement of the office) and spend some time with your neighbors. Tom Halpin, affectionately called "The Mayor," Opens the community room to all community adults at 8 pm on Saturdays when he is in town. I took these pictures before the place started jumping.
